Visitors to the Florida Keys will find many wonderful restaurants located right on Overseas Highway, the main road leading through the keys. The Fish House and Encore in Key Largo, Bentley’s, or Pierre’s in Islamorada and the Lobster House in Marathon, just to name a few. New visitors to the Keys may not know that there are also some outstanding restaurants, tucked away from the main road that should not be missed, like one of our favorites, the Key Largo Conch House. We will share some of our favorites with you and add new places along the way, so be sure to check back!
Visiting fishermen should know that many restaurants in the Keys will be glad to prepare and cook your catch, after one of your successful fishing trips! The Island Grill, located at Mile Marker 85.5 (Oceanside) in Islamorada is just one of the restaurants that provide this service, and you can even bring your boat! A list of restaurants that will cook your catch is coming to our site very soon and will be continually updated, for your convenience.
Besides restaurants, there are some great coffee houses and food markets to shop for your breakfast, lunch, snacks or other goodies you might want. Places like Bud n’ Mary’s Deli, located in Bud n’ Mary’s Fishing Marina at Mile Marker 79.8 (Oceanside), will take lunch orders and have it wrapped and ready to go on your boat!
If you have any strength left at the end of the day, there are some great hot spots to dance the night away, or just rest your feet at some of our waterside bars and do some stargazing.
